What we like about the Medical Clinic of Houston is that their appointments never feel rushed. The doctors and nurses take their time in explaining medical situations, ensuring patients understand the next steps clearly.

It’s worth mentioning, however, that due to the comprehensive check-up at this clinic, some appointments may have to be pushed back. Nonetheless, they still attend to their clients’ needs.

Additionally, some of us encountered issues when canceling appointments, marking us with missed appointments instead.

We love that they can offer extensive diagnostic tests on the same day as the initial appointment. Because of this, patients don’t need to block off another day to visit another medical facility.

On top of that, the medical clinic has been known to carry the latest medical technology for various medical cases related to cardiology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, oncology, and gynecology, just to name a few.

Another thing we like about them is that they answer email messages in a timeline manner. We love that we can address our concerns, and even attach possible images or tests, getting accurate answers right away.

Even better, their attentive staff will call clients to remind them about follow-up appointments, ensuring their patients are on top of their medical procedures.

Another thing we like about the nurses here is that they motivate patients. Because of this, patients are eager to visit for follow-up check-ups and even therapies knowing that they have an amazing support group in the clinic.

We also commend the team for keeping the facilities clean, even if patients come and go in the clinic.

While waiting time is just short, we still love that their lobby is comfortable enough to stay at as we await our names to be called.

We’re also quite impressed with how the doctors explain medical cases and procedures well to their patients. They treat every case with sincerity, providing sound advice to their patients.

However, since the facility is quite popular, clients should expect a high volume of patients. This may contribute to appointment delays, including the release of results.

Additionally, the occasional delays may also contribute to the late release of results.

“The staff here are amazing. Veronica and Jazmin are very welcoming. My daughter was so nervous and scared to come but after just a couple of minutes they made her feel very comfortable and at ease. They are very tentative and knowledgeable. Also Dr Nguyen and Ms Cherian were very nice. I do have to say that we are really sad that Jazmin is leaving the office and moving to a different location. Crosspointe Medical Clinic is one of the go-to family medical clinics around Houston. This medical clinic offers services such as diagnostic emergencies, physical medicine, chronic care management, womens’ & mens’ health, as well as family health care.

Meanwhile, patients who need allergy testing can also do it in-house, saving them time from visiting another facility.

What sets them apart is that they also extended their healthcare services through other departments that cover aesthetics, hormone & weight, and IV therapies.

Another thing that we like about the clinic is that they take their time to understand the concerns of their clients even before conducting further medical examinations. 

This tells us that the medical histories of patients are highly considered, and being thoroughly reviewed as well.

On top of that, we commend the doctors here for having a great bedside demeanor, letting patients feel more comfortable in engaging with the practitioners.

We also appreciate that they’re accessible for patients. They even have convenient parking facilities, making it convenient for patients to visit their clinic.

However, we’re quite disappointed that some medical records were not sent on time. We had to follow up just to get our request.

Moreover, we heard a few reports on issues about unverified insurance records, making us wait for quite some time while their administrative officers due further confirmation.
