We also heard comments about how professional and reasonably priced they are. 

From our findings, we witnessed these claims to be valid. 

When we contacted The Heights Catering for a quote, they were responsive to all our inquiries. They also assisted us in setting up a food tasting.  

We appreciate how Brian and his team personally prepared the meals for us. 

Through every bite, we could tell their claims of utilizing organic and fresh produce were valid. 

We also appreciated that after every meal, Brain and his team took away our plates, brought us fresh new ones, and refilled our drinks. 

By the way, Brian spoke with us about menu preparation and it was clear how passionate he is about what he does. 

Not to mention, the food quality, temperature, taste, and presentation reflect his excellent talent. 

In addition, we like how Brian and his team work with their clients to create a personalized menu for their events. 

We also like how they offer a variety of cuisines and can accommodate dietary restrictions. 

But what we like the most is their provision of food trucks!

Churrascos: what came to the minds of many we spoke with was their famous prime rib cooked to perfection. 

We also heard a lot regarding the pasta station they offer. Many told us it’s a convenient way to feed many guests with different dietary restrictions.

When we contacted Churrascos, Erin Gready, the event manager, was the first to respond to our inquiries. 

From her tone of voice on the phone, it was clear that she was happy to answer every question we had, no matter how ridiculous.  

We appreciated the way she diligently texted us multiple images of the creative food service Churrascos has to offer. These included the cheese and fruit field, a la minute stations, and taco trees. 

Erin’s super responsive, accommodating, and easy-going approach made us feel relaxed. 

At the tasting, she asked us exactly what we wanted to eat, plated it precisely as requested, and brought it to us. 

About every 30 minutes, she checked and ensured our glasses were always full. 

By the way, the prime rib did not disappoint us! 

Through closer observations, we also witnessed how Erin understands the importance of cultural differences in culinary preferences. She thoroughly guides clients to the perfect options and cooks high quality and tasteful meals guests can enjoy.

We appreciate how she pays close attention to detail and works to help customers meet their exact vision.

By the way, Churrascos also offers linen and charger rentals for any events. The linens are sparkling and perfectly pressed, and the chargers are spotless.  

In addition, they have venues for customers to make use of. 

To summarize our experience, Churrascos checks all of the requirements–variety, service, communication, communication, and, of course, delicious food!

Mark and his wife, owners of Dine Catering & Events, have earned a five-star reputation among many of their clients. 

We heard excellent things about their variety of menu options and speed. 

When we contacted Dine Catering & Events for a quote on their services, Mark and his wife were prompt, thorough, and friendly. 

We appreciated that they shared menu options with us to consider and set up an intimate tasting event for us to sample a variety of their menu items.  

During the tasting, we liked how Mark and his wife shared vital information they have learned through catering weddings and other special events that can save customers a lot of time and money!

We loved how creative their menus were—everything looked delicious, so we had difficulties deciding what to try first. 

Thankfully though, they helped us narrow down our menu choices. 

In the end, we decided to try their cocktail-style menu: Mac n cheese, salad, pulled pork sliders, jerk chicken and rice, and various appetizers. 

The food was incredible. We still dream about those pulled pork sliders! 

We also appreciate how they are affordable for the incredible variety of food they offer. This includes serving tables, cocktail tables, plates, and utensils.

However, linens are at an extra cost. It’s a minor nitpick, though.

Many customers told us that they regretted nothing when doing business with Ludivina Cantu, Cantu’s Kitchen Catering Services owner. 

When we contacted Ludivina Cantu, communication was a little slow due to just messaging back and forth. 

Nevertheless, we were able to make an appointment for a food tasting session. 

We appreciated how Ludivina explained everything to us, from the menu choices to any dietary accommodations.

We understand why customers didn’t regret choosing Cantu’s Kitchen Catering Services because everything from the presentation, service, and taste was phenomenal. 

Every meal we tasted, from their barbeque chicken to their Asado de Puerco, was fresh and full of flavor. We loved how soft their tortillas were—yes, they were homemade! 

We also enjoyed their chicken fajitas and salsa—so many people raved about it! Of course, each bite tasted fresh. 

Not only did Ludivina make the presentation look beautiful for our food tasting, but she delivered the food so quickly and kept our drinks refilled. 

While they do not provide cups, silverware, etc., Ludvina did inform us they happily help customers set up. 

From what we could see, Ludvina Cantu was super courteous and a pleasure to work with, so that thing about not providing the dining paraphernalia is honestly just a minor blip.

Almost everyone we spoke with had positive remarks about Uptown Catering. Among the most comments was that they provide enough food for a great party and can do it under a planned budget. 

When we contacted Uptown Catering, we appreciated the quick response time of Lindsey, the sales manager. She quickly helped us to set up a food tasting appointment. 

Although we couldn’t travel to them, they came to us! 

By the way, we also love how easy it is to order off their menu online through their website. 

On the day of the food tasting, Daniel’s kitchen manager was on time with the setup. We observed him as he staged the food professionally. 

All the meals we tried, especially the crab cakes, left our mouths watering for more. Even the fruits and yogurts we sampled tasted fresh and delicious. 

What we liked the most, though, was their elaborate champagne fountains and chocolate fountains. We felt like royalty dining during our food tasting with them. 

In addition, we also appreciated how Daniel prepared various dietary options, such as vegetarian and gluten-free meals. 

Through closer observation, we observed Lindsey’s professionalism through her actions with various clientele. 

Her willingness to develop several menu options for her customers demonstrated her friendliness, approachability, and willingness to go the extra mile. 

Overall, we now understand why customers rave about their seamless experiences with Uptown Catering.
