Jackie loves trying new things, going shopping, working on her succulent garden, and sipping a cappuccino, not necessarily in that order. She used to work as a sous chef in a local restaurant before realising that the high-pressure environment wasn’t what she wanted. She made the switch to journalism and has been happier ever since.
